My path to design wasn’t traditional. I came from a background where clarity mattered and ambiguity had real consequences.
That experience taught me how to listen carefully, resist assumptions about what people need, and take seriously what happens when a process fails a real person. My design skills continue to grow, but the foundation they’re built on isn’t new.
Design is changing. Fast.
I try to stay curious, adapt quickly, and ask “who does this actually serve?” early and often. Not just at the surface level, but through the whole system behind it.
